Yalda (2023) is a limited edition series of handmade, hangable ceramic art and a collaboration between Kuzeh Pottery and Kucheh Art Studio + Shop. It celebrates a symbol of the ancient winter solstice celebration - the pomegranate.

Rolled, cut, screened, and glazed by hand, each piece is made from a midrange buff-colored clay. Minor imperfections and marks made by the handmade process are occasionally visible, adding to the beauty and individuality of the art.

Kucheh and Kuzeh are both based at the Brookland Arts Walk in Washington, DC.
